Challenge

Before working with Katapult, Zenchef recently completed our merger with Formitable in Q1 2024, combining two of Europe’s top horeca tech giants. This meant we quickly needed to consolidate our Dutch and German speaking sales teams. We found these two markets super tough to hire for, with tight talent pools, high candidate demands, and strong competition. We onboarded Katapult to help us get the quality of reps we needed to scale.

Within 3 weeks, we had hired 4 German account executives for the DACH market, and to date have hired 5 for the Benelux team.
