Challenge
Our business is growing rapidly, requiring high-volume hiring without compromising on quality. With ambitious growth targets for 2024 and 2025, we needed to build an elite team of Dutch-speaking Account Managers to execute. Before working with Katapult, many candidates either churned quickly or lacked the commercial drive and skill set needed to make a real impact.
