Challenge
We just closed our series B for €73M and building a world-class Benelux sales team was our first priority in expanding from our German headquarters. Growth was stalled by low quality Dutch sales candidates. We consistently struggled to fill the pipelines and found the candidates we had often failed in the role play phase. In short, we lacked quality and volume.
Result
After partnering with Katapult, we made 8 sales hires, including all-but-one of our BDR team. All of the candidates from Katapult performed well and helped the Benelux market to be one of our top performing regions.
