Challenge
As we expanded our Enterprise Sales organisation in the Benelux, finding the right Sales Manager with was challenging. We needed someone with a proven track record leading Enterprise AE, while remaining credible in strategic C-level conversations with large enterprise customers. Profiles with this combination of enterprise leadership, commercial experience and technical affinity were very difficult to find.
Result
Just nine days after opening the role, Katapult introduced the candidate we ultimately hired. He brought an background from Google and Oracle, which was exactly the calibre of talent we had been looking for. Katapults low quantity approach enabled us to make a hire from a small amount of well qualified candidates quickly, without spending too much time interviewing.
