TheFork is Europe’s leading restaurant booking platform and part of the Tripadvisor family. We’re scaling fast across the Benelux, with the Netherlands firmly established as one of our core growth markets. When we met Max, we were looking for top-tier field sales agents.
Challenge
TheFork are part of the TripAdvisor family, as such, our recruitment is done from HQ in London. This meant that getting top-tier Dutch field sales reps was tricky. We weren’t getting the volume necessary to scale our team effectively to compete with other top Horeca-tech firms in the Dutch market. We’d spent 5 months looking for the perfect candidate, always finding our pipeline to be too thin and our top prospects would churn or fail in the interview stages.
Result
