We are a fintech startup based in Haarlem, providing financial analysis and forecasting for startups and SMEs. When we started working with Katapult, we had a team of five and had just closed our Seed round.
Challenge
In a streamlined post-funding team, every hire needed to be an independent operator able to take ownership, execute at a high level, and build scalable practices. When we partnered with Katapult we were growing our customer base from tens to hundreds and urgently needed a Dutch speaking Head of Customer Success with strong commercial skills and a background in scaling accountancy SaaS workflows, a combination that proved extremely difficult to find.
Result
Within two weeks, Katapult introduced Xander, who had previously built and scaled the Customer Success function at Tellow. We immediately knew he was the right fit, and he has helped take Liquid’s go to market function to the next level.
