Challenge
Finding Dutch sales talent in Rotterdam has been one of our biggest challenges. We had worked with several different agencies before Katapult but had never received the quality that we needed. We needed to hire across our entire GTM team, including Customer Success, Business Development, Account Management, and Account Executive roles. We required Dutch-speakers with fintech backgrounds, in-office in Rotterdam which made hiring a difficult challenge.
