Challenge
The Benelux region is vital to our expansion roadmap, due to the high volume of traffic through the port of Rotterdam. Before working with Katapult, we managed our business in the Benelux from the UK, without native Dutch speakers or an on-site presence. As a foreign supplier in a crowded market, we needed two top tier Business Developers to establish our revenue base in the Netherlands and Belgium. We set our standards extremely high. In a greenfield market, only the most motivated and skilled BDRs would be good enough to move the needle.
