As Solutions Architect GenAI you are the technical backbone of its Model as a Service business in Europe, working side by side with the Business Development team to help AI-native companies and enterprises build on its models and AI platform.

What you'll do

• Partner with BD managers through the full sales cycle as their technical expert
• Lead technical discovery, demos and proof-of-concepts with customers
• Design AI architectures for LLM fine-tuning, RAG, model serving and multi-modal AI
• Make sure solutions meet European data, security and compliance rules (GDPR, AI Act)
• Build demo assets and guides, and train the BD team and partners
• Bring customer feedback back to the product teams

What you bring

• 5+ years in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales or AI/ML engineering
• Hands-on LLM experience: fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, inference optimisation
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP or Alibaba Cloud
• Python, plus PyTorch, TensorFlow or Hugging Face
• You can explain complex tech to both engineers and business people
• Fluent German and English
• Experience with AI-native start-ups, Docker/Kubernetes or MLOps is a plus
• Happy to work 5 days a week from the Munich office
