Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Hospitality & Restaurants

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative for a leading European tech company in the hospitality space. In this role, you will help build and grow the German market.

You will be the first point of contact for restaurants: opening conversations, generating interest, and laying the foundation for long-term partnerships.

About the platform

• Digital reservations and smart guest management
• Centralized reviews and guest feedback
• Increased occupancy and fewer no-shows
• Stronger relationships with new and existing guests

The result: restaurants operate more efficiently, and guests return more often.

Your responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to restaurants (calls, emails, social media)
• Identify and target relevant restaurant partners in Germany
• Qualify leads and schedule demo meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales
• Meet and exceed monthly pipeline and activity targets
• Share market insights to improve product and go-to-market strategy

What we’re looking for

• Experience in hospitality or B2B sales
• Confidence in phone-based outreach and building trust quickly
• Ambitious, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Strong listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions
• Resilience and motivation in the face of setbacks
• Team-oriented attitude
• Fluent German and at least B1 level English
