Amsterdam | €230K OTE + Equity

For a rapidly scaling international B2B SaaS company, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of global growth.

The foundation is there: strong product-market fit, rapid growth, and an established marketing team. Now the challenge is to turn that into one integrated, predictable growth engine across Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Brand.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who has already helped scale a B2B SaaS company towards or beyond €50M ARR.

🎯 What you’ll do

• Own the complete marketing strategy, team, and execution

• Build one connected growth engine across Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Brand

• Create a predictable pipeline model with clear attribution and forecasting

• Scale inbound and demand generation significantly

• Build Product Marketing into a commercial engine for new business and customer expansion

• Strengthen positioning and category leadership through Brand

• Build, structure, and develop a high-performing marketing organisation

• Create strong alignment between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success

👇 Who are we looking for?

✔️ You’ve led marketing through the B2B SaaS scale-up journey towards €50M+ ARR

✔️ You’ve built a marketing function rather than simply inherited a mature organisation

✔️ Demand Generation is your strongest area of expertise

✔️ You understand full-funnel growth, attribution, and pipeline generation

✔️ You have strong experience across Product Marketing and Brand

✔️ You’ve hired, developed, and led high-performing marketing teams

✔️ You’re highly analytical and comfortable owning a commercial number

✔️ You combine strategic leadership with a hands-on approach when needed
