The Role
We're looking for an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers across the Benelux.
You'll be responsible for protecting recurring revenue while driving account growth through renewals, upsells and cross-sells. Working closely with Customer Success, Solution Engineers and Product, you'll become a trusted advisor to your customers, helping them maximise the value of the platform while identifying new commercial opportunities.
This is a highly consultative role where relationship management and commercial acumen go hand in hand.

What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a strong advantage)
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management, with a portfolio of Enterprise customers
- Proven track record managing and expanding enterprise or strategic customer accounts
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives
- Strong consultative and commercial mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Your Day-to-Day
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers across Belgium and the Netherlands
- Lead renewal conversations and negotiate commercial agreements
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your customer base
- Build trusted relationships with Supply Chain Directors, Customs Managers and executive stakeholders
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value and uncover expansion opportunities
