Netherlands | €50K–€60K base + bonus | Hybrid, on the road with clients

For a fast-growing AI scale-up serving HVAC and installation professionals, we’re looking for a commercially minded Customer Success Manager who owns the full customer journey.

Their AI assistant helps technicians look up error codes, identify equipment by scanning its nameplate and search over 10,000 manuals from 50+ brands, by voice and hands-free. You’ll make sure installation companies get the most out of it and keep growing with it.

🎯 What will you do?

• Own customers from signed contract to renewal: implementation, onboarding and adoption
• Track customer health and find ways to drive usage across installation companies
• Drive renewals, upsell and expansion: grow revenue per customer
• Spend a lot of your time on-site with customers across the Netherlands
• Be the voice of the customer for the founders and the product team

🔎 What are we looking for?

• Experience as a Customer Success Manager (full cycle incl. renewals and expansion) with an affinity for technology, or
• A background in installation technology (e.g. technician, work planner, sales at a wholesaler, manufacturer or installer) and the wish to move into a commercial customer role
• Commercial ownership: you drive growth with existing customers yourself
• Native-level Dutch
• Based centrally in the Netherlands is a plus (lots of client visits)
