Community Manager - Trade Tech

We're looking for a Community Manager to join a fast-growing Trade Tech SaaS scale-up.

You'll build and grow the network of senior decision-makers behind their commercial growth – and turn it into pipeline.

A Belgian SaaS company that automates end-to-end customs and trade operations for large enterprises.

Their unique team combines customs and trade experts with top-tier engineers.

The sales team has grown fast – marketing and community now need to grow with it.

🚀 What you will do

Own the community and events strategy across Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK – and expand it to new countries.

Run roundtables, seminars, webinars, dinners and the yearly customer events in Belgium and the UK, with freedom on venues and formats.

Bring the right senior people into the room: customs managers, CFOs, supply chain and indirect tax leaders.

Brief and equip the sales team with warm intros and attendee insights, and make sure they follow up.

Manage the events budget together with the CCO and report on network growth and pipeline impact.

💡 About you

7+ years in B2B community building, relationship management or executive programs – with ownership of strategy, not only execution.

A strong network of senior decision-makers and experience in complex, multi-stakeholder markets.

You understand how sales works and connect every activity to pipeline.

Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a big plus.

Customs, logistics or finance knowledge is a bonus, not a must.

💰 Package & Financials

Up to €60k base, depending on profile
