Build the Commercial Engine of a Fast-Growing HR Tech Start-Up 🚀

This Amsterdam-based HR Tech scale-up is changing how female talent connects with opportunities in tech.

Through events, career guidance, job matching and their own data-driven platform, they're helping companies build more diverse teams while empowering the next generation of women in technology.

Already working with leading international companies and recently expanded into the UK, they're looking for their first dedicated Business Development Representative to open doors, create opportunities and help shape the future commercial playbook.

🔎 What are we looking for?

• Fluent in Dutch
• 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, recruitment, BDR or account management
• Commercial and start-up mindset with the confidence to start conversations

💰 What do we offer?

• €45.000 base salary (including 8% holiday allowance) + bonus
• SARs (Stock Appreciation Rights) to share in the company's growth
• Hybrid working from a central Amsterdam office
• Opportunity to grow into a closing Account Executive role

🎯 Your Role

• Build and own your outbound pipeline targeting enterprise companies and leading multinationals
• Book meetings with HR and Talent leaders through phone, email and LinkedIn
• Test and optimise outreach to maximise results
• Represent the company at events and networking dinners
• Help build the outbound playbook alongside the founders
