Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) – SaaS
Many companies believe that Microsoft fully protects their data. However, if someone accidentally deletes important emails, an employee leaves and wipes data, or a ransomware attack occurs, that data can be permanently lost.
This organization develops a cloud data backup & recovery platform that helps companies secure and restore their critical data in case of data loss or cyberattacks. They have been growing for six consecutive years at approximately 40% per year and are currently expanding their team in the Benelux region.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting new clients through outbound channels (phone, email, and LinkedIn)
Engaging with IT decision-makers within commercial and enterprise organizations
Building and managing your own pipeline
You will focus on organizations with 1,000+ employees and speak daily with senior-level decision-makers.

What You Can Expect
Up to €50,000 base salary
On-target earnings (OTE) of approximately €71,000
Bonus structure based on meetings and performance
Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the Brussel office).

What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 6 months experience in SaaS sales or outbound prospecting
Comfortable engaging with decision-makers
Strong communication skills
Fluent French and professional-level English, Dutch is a plus.
