Outbound Sales Manager – Offshore Software Development

About the Role
Ucentri is looking for an entrepreneurial outbound sales professional to build an entirely new sales channel from scratch.
You will sell offshore software development teams, including project management, to medium-sized companies in the Netherlands and Benelux.
This is not a SaaS role and not consultative selling.
The sales proposition is concrete and execution-driven:
“You have a software project → we deliver the full team.”
You will build:
- lead lists
- outbound motion
- sales funnel
- first deals
- and eventually your own commercial team
Responsibilities
- Build and execute outbound sales strategy (greenfield)
- Sell offshore development teams and software projects
- Close medium- to long-term contracts
- Negotiate pricing and margins (target: 35–40%)
- Build pipeline, forecasting, and GTM structure
- Work closely with offshore delivery partner (Serbia)
- Scale delivery capacity (10–15 FTE developers)
- Present a quarterly GTM plan during the hiring process
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in IT recruitment sales / software staffing
- Experience selling teams or capacity, not pure consultancy
- Exposure to offshore / nearshore delivery
- Bachelor’s degree (or applied sciences equivalent)
- Self-starter, pragmatic, non-corporate
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable building everything from zero
What Ucentri Offers
- Base salary: €65,000 – €70,000
- Bonus: €50,000 – €100,000 (uncapped)
