Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Netherlands (hybrid – office-based minimum 3 days)
Salary: €40K base / €60K OTE + ESOP

The role

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to help grow an early-stage B2B SaaS company selling into large, asset-heavy enterprises such as real estate, construction, ports, and manufacturing.

You’ll focus on outbound sales, opening conversations with senior finance stakeholders and qualifying opportunities for the sales team. This is a hands-on role with high expectations, strong coaching, and a clear path toward growth.

What you’ll do

• Prospect and engage enterprise accounts through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn

• Start conversations primarily with CFOs and senior finance leaders

• Qualify opportunities involving legal and business control stakeholders

• Book high-quality meetings for the AE and founders

• Work with pre-built lead lists and modern sales tools to track activity and pipeline

• Collaborate closely with sales leadership on messaging, targeting, and objection handling

What you’ll sell

• A B2B SaaS solution that helps companies understand and control the financial impact of their contracts

• Typical deal sizes range from €7K–€40K ARR

• Sales cycles are enterprise-focused and can run up to 12 months

Who you are

• Native English speaker (UK background or experience with British business culture is a strong plus)

• Comfortable with cold calling and building rapport quickly

• High energy, proactive, and coachable

• Open to both ambitious juniors and slightly more experienced BDRs

• Able to work minimum 3 days in the office
