What are we looking for?
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
Outbound sales experience (phone, email, LinkedIn)
Fluent in German & English (Dutch is a plus)
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Intellectual curiosity and a commercial mindset
Energy, resilience, and motivation to grow in sales

Research and identify potential clients in the DACH market
Proactively generate leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Qualify inbound leads from marketing, events, and referrals
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to support growth in the DACH region
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
Share insights with Sales & Marketing to improve our go-to-market strategy
