As Sales Manager, you'll combine hands-on enterprise sales with leadership, coaching a high-performing team while driving strategic growth across the region.

🔎 What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hotel tech, or hospitality
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles
• Leadership or coaching experience within a commercial team
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Data-driven, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded
• Based in the Netherlands

💰 What do we offer?

• €65.000 – €80.000 base salary
• Uncapped bonus with an OTE of up to 25% on top of your base salary

🎯 Your Role

• Own the commercial growth of the Benelux region
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing strategic enterprise deals
• Coach and develop the Business Development team across the Benelux
• Build a predictable pipeline through accurate forecasting and pipeline management
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and commercial presentations
• Represent the company at hospitality events and industry conferences
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive commercial success
• Stay hands-on by actively selling, negotiating, and closing deals alongside your team
